Man... I got so much energy lately. I feel completely transformed. I started going to the gym last week and I can hardly sleep I'm so amped up on life! I reconnected with a girl who wants to start a family. She owns a new home and 50 acres of wooded land! I'm just waiting for a promotion at work and then its family building time! Ive never been so dedicated to anything life I am now dedicated to living my full potential. I know it makes Father God so proud! Love you pops!

Anger is a natural human emotion that comes up when you are wronged. I was wronged for the majority of my life and I repressed the anger trying to survive. I had some deep rage I had to deal with that took time to clear out.

This strikes me as so true. Especially, 'be careful of talking to people you don't trust'. I belong to a group where I'm trying to overlook obstacles to communication by trying to find something we have in common. It might be working, finally, I found one thing we might work on together. But, you make me think - Do I trust these people? No! I don't. They are probably talking about me behind my back. Why put up with this? I have other groups of friends that are more like minded. @@angieshortt1111 i feel like it is a simple bet effective way to re-frame thinking in the heat of the moment. It has helped me to remind myself that I can only be responsible for me and others will show their patterns and to believe them. Someone wants out of my life ... let them. Someone doesnt agree with me let them... someone chooses to ignore me let them. It has lessened my anxiety and reduces my people pleasing ways. I am still a good person just with boundaries and less anxiety.
