tell me, this PISCIFU ICX CARBON coil - which has a spool size of 45mm - will it be able to pull out from under the ice -large trophy carp, or not?..if not, then advise a winter multiplier -for carp?

I just purchased this reel. Using 10lb mono my capacity is 1300. I have 660 ft of line on. Pulled it out to 100 ft and the counter reads 41 ft. Can it be that far off? I can’t get a hold of customer support to get some help.
