If you love the flavours of cardamom and pistachio then you will really taste it in this dish. I personally absolutely love cardamom as I grew up drinking it in tea and deserts and this cake is my top one and also my own invention.
Good tip: I am grinding whole cardamom pods and pistachios because there is more flavour than the pre made ones you buy in the supermarket.
you can make your ganache darker by adding less cream if you prefer it that way.
