man some of those setups were amazing!!! loved the work. but when you got the slitting saw out to cut the ring groves I was yelling at my monitor!!!!!! "Dude you just came off the lathe!!!!!!! USE THE LATHE!!!!" Great job on those, I really enjoyed the video

ЗдОрово! У меня два вопроса: 1) почему на поршеньке канавки не точились, а фрезеровались. Вроде точить сподручнее. 2) поршенёк блестит уже после точения, как полированный, что это за материал и на каких режимах обрабатывался?

Небыло резца подходящей ширины, вот и выфрезеровал. Материал нержавейка 316 а вот режимы уже непомню,больше года прошло :)
