I have a 2015 Camry and the carbon build up is horrible on my car right now. I ran cataclean and I instantly noticed the difference. My car doesn’t have an engine light for it, but I’ve been doing the carbon cleaning with different seafoam products and I see it getting better. I wish I didn’t let it get this bad. Carbon buildup is no joke.

Thanks for sharing, that's true, ones it gets heavy, it's hard to clean it in one go, you need to make it in steps, weeks and oil change between them

Hi can I do this on a diesel engine I was thinking about spraying carbon cleaner in to the air intake past the air intake sensor , do you think that would do damage to my direct injection diesel or would it clean the back of the valves like I'm hoping it will.

Try soaking each cylinder at TDC for a day with marval mystery oil then suck it out or your preferred removal method. Drain the engine oil and add fresh oil then add a bit to the oil and drive for 500km max and change oil and inspect.
