Great video's. Whatch al your videos from fitting piston and barrel. I got exactly the same engin busy doing piston rings. Im from south africa and struggle to get the rings here. You maybe know where i can look for parts? If you maybe have a video of when you take apart and assemble the head please. I want to do the valves as well. Keep up the great videos.

thank you for your kind comments. tbh I buy all my pit-bike spares off ebay.co.uk nowadays as it's easier for me I'll add it to my list to make a video of head dis-assembly and assembly in the next few months

Alright mate I love your videos keep up the work. I have a lifan 125cc and I don't suppose you could help me out with it please the engine works and everything apart from when you go into 2nd gear is donest go away and just makes a loud grinding noise and then will get stuck in 2nd gear if you don't shift up to to 3rd quick enough and whilst the gear lever is seized if you turn the engine off and rock the bike back and forth it with go back down into 1st gear

It sounds like either the gear selector or the dogs on the side of the gear are worn Either way you will probably need a new gear set I'm afraid Thank you for your comment and good luck with it

Hi dude, I did my valve clearances and not have really loud intake noises from The carb? Louder than the exhaust 😅

It sounds as if the inlet valve is not fully closing I think you may need to check them again

What was the extra wire going to the rubber cap coming from the stator?

Its for a neutral swtch if you mean the green / red wire

Great video, it's the digital fly wheel if I'm right, you can use a 140 one but won't give you as much power as the digital version. I was wondering if you could put your contact email again so I could send some pictures of the GSXR 600. thanks m8 it's Dean the one who brought my 155 up to your shop. @@coron1985 😂 It is true It's all bolted on and the casing plus I don't have a scales to weigh it on So if you wanted to know quickly then no If you can wait for a week or so I may be able to take it off and take it to the post office to weigh it
