Bluebird. Going to seasoning comment. I have a pitboss table smoker that I did not season because I hadn’t heard anything about it. So when I got my competition series 1200 I called pitboss about seasoning it and they said yes for long term use so I seasoned it with avocado oil and I got to tell you from my personal experience the grates, heat deflector and sear plate are much easier to clean than my tabletop model it’s shocking how much difference it made well worth the time and effort to season it. That’s my experience.

Mazie, You have to leave the lid open when you light it. Leave open till the heavy smoke clears or risk fire and explosion. research this

Bluebird. The PB Titan, with VST, has been released but only sold in one location in the US and as usual PB ignores Canada. I have the PB 1150PS2 and it does not produce that much smoke.
