I made one on monday just threw it in the smoker put a thermometer in it when it reached 140 I took it out and it was the best ham I've ever had very juicy still to

I did one on thanksgiving, rubbed it down with maple syrup and brown sugar, really working it in. Then i sprayed it periodically with coke while it was smoking, 6 hrs at 200 and it came out like meat candy.

I’m in the middle of my ham smoke right now. I just used a slightly different glaze. I melted down maple syrup, brown sugar, 1 stick of butter, and some butt rub seasoning. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Such a great idea ! So convenient to use pre cooked and cut but smoking it yourself! The glaze sounds/looks phenomenal! I have never seen guava paste so that is pretty exciting. This ham looks so incredible!! Thanks for sharing :)

Mike, first off, love the intro (although 3-5 sec longer would be cool). love the spiral ham which I think we are doing Christmas day. Christmas Eve we may do a Prime Rib. food and the holidays, nothing better. great watch. thanks-)

Looks great I've never done one on my pellet grill only in the oven. My wife takes the drippings and makes a beautiful ham gravy out of them. Is there enough juice in your pan to be able to make a gravy??

Do not cut the ham this way plz,,,follow the tendon pattern for better results.

most spiral cut hams are cut way to thin, yours looks a little thicker. I have a knife so I don't have to pay for someone to cut mine and it never dries out like all the spiral ham I have ever ate. will never buy one.
