These oxtails were seasoned and smoked for a few hours to set the savory, smokey flavor. Then placed in a cast iron pot with beef stock, onions, garlic, and braised until pull-apart tender. This must be one of the best beef cuts on the smoker. Absolutely delicious and smokey!
Recipe
∙ 4kg Oxtails
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ 3 onions
∙ 5 garlic cloves
∙ 1L beef stock (2 stock cubes+1L Hot water)
∙ Fresh thyme
