I'm still using the Pit Bull front and rear stands I purchased in 2003. Been thru many race bikes, same stands. Utilizing Pit Bull trailer restraint systems on both bikes in the trailer. Pit Bull products are worth every penny.

Woodcraft is the only other brand thats worth buying. These stands are expensive compared to what's out there. There absolutely worth the money. It's extremely heavy wall tubing. Even if you tried to buy materials and build them yourself you still would be spending over 100$. I weld as part of my work duties. The tig welds are beautiful and done right. No over heating or cold blobs. Beautiful beads stacked to human perfection. Life long tools are always worth buying

I just bought the front stand after having the rear for a couple of years. My new gsxr 1000r needs the abs sensor removed from the front. No big deal. It would have been nice if Suzuki positioned it higher. There definitely heavy super duty stands

Either one will work IMO. The difference would be the headlift stand puts zero pressure on the forks or springs. Not sure this is important because the rear stand lifts from the swingarm which is supported by the rear shock. - Brian Van

Hi there, I just bought my first pitbull hybrid for the rear but can we buy the brakets to use it for the front fork as well ? im surprise by how heavy and heavy duty the stand is im very happy with it !

You can not use the rear on the front or the front on the rear. They are two separates stands, also important to note you need to have the bike on the rear stand BEFORE you lift the front. Lifting the front without the rear stand is 100% unsafe, zero stability due to the steering stem pivot. - Brian Van

I did look at my stand this afternoon and your right the upper part of the stand is a bit different, damn the set will cost me a leg and a arm but you really pay for quality stuff here . I scratched my brand new 2018 Mt-09 swingarm after using my old(amazon style) stand without spool...bad combinaison of course

They are expensive but you will never need to replace them and they outperform the stand you had big time. Enjoy that MT-09, awesome bike! When I get scratches on the swingarm or other black parts on the bike I use a Sharpie to hide the scratch, works pretty good. - Van

6:10 Force x Distance = Torque So if you increase “Distance” (handle), the Torque output increases; and or one can use less “Force” applied.

Hi could you please make a video on front wheel alignment inline with suspension & handle bars. My vehicle handle bars are always tilted. Something wrong in Tripple clamp/ suspensions/ handle bar/ front wheel. Unable to find the issue.

I bet the front end is twisted. You need to loosen the top triple clamp (make sure it is loose on the steering stem) and the forks. Now loosen the lower triple pinch bolts and slide the forks down, then back up again. Snug the lower triple bolts up followed by the steering stem nut (bolt) and then the upper pinch bolts. Make sure to set the height of the forks then torque everything to spec. Check your clip on alignment then road test. - Van

Is there any harm in storing the bike on a head lift stand? I know it takes all the static pressure off the front forks. Is that gonna “backseat” any of the valves or seals in the forks?

Not sure exactly which fasteners you are referring to. Assuming you are talking about the fasteners on the uprights I would recommend tightening them with a 3/8" ratchet. No reason to use a torque wrench on these IMO. - Van

The R3 requires the #8Tall pin which can be selected in the listings for the Pit Bull Hybrid Dual Lift Motorcycle Front Stand (can be used as a headlift or forklift stand) and Pit Bull Hybrid Headlift Motorcycle Front Stand (can be used as a headlift stand only). If you want to lift from the fork bottoms only the Pit Bull Hybrid Forklift Motorcycle Front Stand works for the R3. Go ahead and spend 20 grand on your super sport and buy 80$ wheel stands. You get what you pay for. Pittbull stands are the best in the business. A lifetime tool. Cheap stands flex and without a doubt break. Good luck trying to get a pitbull stand to flex
