Just realized today that KZbin has that new feature that stabilize volume, which causes my audio become so small, you can turn that off in the setting in the video panel.

Feels bad, your animation is really high-quality and smooth, with great idea and fight mechanics. The ones that won were dog-shit. I haven't watched many other films, but I was almost certain that the invoker short would win.

Fact for those who wonders abt the drumstick: Marci has a super rare idle animation in which she takes out a drumstick a takes a bite. It has somewhere like 1% chance to happen in game, or the dev maybe have already removed it. But it is in the model data and i like that idea.

When Marci was first released, I played 8 matches with her, back to back and got something like a 73% win rate with her. The point is: I saw her do the idle animation ONCE in 8 matches, so I'd call it rare, but she did, at one point, take a bite out of a drumstick. Pretty neat.

Thanks. It was hand-animated. And some of them are from the game itself. I tweaked it with dynamic wiggle so it gets more fluid.

Well thanks for your compliment! To answer your question, I think business and hobbies are two very different factors. Valve definitely have their reasons for focusing on different aspects of the franchise. But i DO hope that this may have Valve notices, and i get to do something bigger, not just a from a hobby, past time projects; and i definitely know a lot of really good international artists having the same hope as mine!
