Have you tried Kinders Buttery Steakhouse? It's absolutely incredible on steaks. I love the pit boss seasoning as well. I own about 50+ kinders seasonings. Cannot go wrong with them! I highly recommend Kinders Buttery Steakhouse

When it gets that wet look the salt is pulling moisture out, just a few minutes is not long enough to dry brine. Good looking steak tho
