Context bhi samajhna chahiye... usne uss startup ko bola after analysis taaki revenue bar sake. It was a specific advice. Creation of demand or category mein billions of dollars lagre hain na to vo Indian entrepreneurs ke paas hote hain na hi public ke paas because India's purchasing power is low. Even in the US, the healthcare industry is too expensive. And in the D2C business, they create multiple products in the high income category and almost everyone tend to buy it, mostly out of fad. But that will not be the case in India. Even if someone creates an expensive tech/product in India, the market share would not even be 1% because people will not have the money to buy it. (No matter how technologically advanced that thing is, spinoffs/frugal products in India are quite common.) Indians are price sensitive comsumers.

That is factually incorrect, but the second pitch in this video went along with this due to the way major portion of public understands those words. There is radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Radiation therapy is what uses nuclear radiation from radioactive elements to target cancerous cells and chemotherapy - chemical therapy means use of chemicals aka drugs to target, kill or prime cancerous cells for radiation therapy. My bad - he is probably talking about intravenous chemotherapy.
