This is a great video. So many guys out there who will milk their video for length and use all this fancy terminology. Thank you for keeping it simple and I will start adding these to my daily workout and band routine depending on the movement.

It depends on which exercises you are wanting to do. If you want to do the whole routine at once I would recommend doing the whole routine after your light throwing days. You can do the pass throughs and snow angel type exercises whenever you want pre-throw or post throw. I recommend doing the whole routine around twice a week.

Hey, it depends on the exercise but I usually go for lighter weight/resistance and more reps. I recommend doing around 2 sets at 10-15 reps for each of the exercises. Any of the exercises you would like to ask about in particular? Thanks!
