Hey, love the content, very informational. Any advice to prevent my hips from leaking open? I feel like I'm losing possible power and energy because my hips leak open.

Do you typically see hips & shoulders parallel to each other (degrees closed) in counter rotation?

Depends on which portion of the delivery you’re talking about. During leg lift usually they’re correlated but as you get into the drive phase you often times will see some disassociation creep in!
