Pittsburgh 1½ ton "Racing" Jack

Now that most of the work is done, I bought a better jack.The Pittsburgh 1½ ton racing jack from Harbor Freight is a welcome addition to my tool collection and should make future projects much easier. Even my son Koa is excited about it.

I have the same small red jack, I use 2 of them, but the aggravation of not being able to slide that jack under the Boxster is real. I find if I raise the car up and down a few inches somewhere else on the car the shocks don't go down all the way and I'm able to slide the jack under lifting points. It's not a bad idea to have 2 jacks around in case you need to lift and reposition.
