The one in this video is a 1991 and has the 4.0 and it's a great engine!. I also have an 86 with the 2.8 and I know what you mean!

I've got these on my XJ. Surprisingly loud, and a unique tone that Is more attention grabbing than normal horns.i found a random hole in the brackets around the stock horn location and mounted them there. My original ones had stopped working due to being exposed after I put an off-road style bumper on.

I have two of them, but I'm keeping one for obvious reasons. Oh yeah, I've got the same horns installed on my Suzuki Jimny, except they're green colored instead of red like yours. They are loud.
