I have always rented to premium tenants, would never rent cheap properties. I do Full references as well as written reference from the last landlord. I never never rent to families, but families have never never viewed.

Good standard properties looked after in good areas with good schools will attract families with medium rent yields and good capital gains. Sure some luck involved but in over 10 years no void periods and no rent arrears…..touching lots of wood right now!

Great video Ranjan. We are pivoting to flipping rather than previously planned btl’s. This is temporary until we see the real impact that I believe will be disastrous for good people needing rental properties.

The economy of u.k will only get worse as Gov seeks to remedy it with higher taxes. So in the long term it is best to remove money from the u.k. Borrowed money is part of GDP, so growth, real growth is not there. National debt is £3 Trillion.
