If observe keenly breakout occurs when there are higher highs and higher lows into the area of value(resistance). When there is false breakout there is no such thing (Higher highs and higher lows). Its just small range. So we can say that fasle break may occur.

I have a question I'know that if i have to buy a call/put i give a premium and buy it, if the stock goes up/down repectively i can buy it/sell it and the profit will be the difference between premium and the total amount of last traded price. - clear what if I have to sell call/put option, do i have to still pay to sell this? or do they just block my margin and i will receive premium? bit confused on the sell part, please advise me.
