Arlo is ranked far beyond his level. You really think he would stand a chance against Merida, Elastigirl or Ian, who clearly holds his ground against an opponent who's tougher, multiple times bigger and stronger than Arlo? Arlo might be bigger than a human, but he lacks way too much in fighting spirit and experience. Elastigirl would run circles around him while throwing punches, eventually tripping him and pinning down. Merida would sink several accurate arrow shots before Arlo could get close enough to even try attacking back. Even IF that happens, Merida could keep dodging for a minute or two, while mortally wounding the small dinosaur with her sword.

While I do agree that EVE should count as a protagonist, the only reason Dory, Mater, Mike, and Elastigirl were included was because they were protagonists in their own movies, Finding Dory, Cars 2, Monsters University, and Incredibles 2 respectively. EVE hasn't had that honor.

I think I'd put Remy above Woody, as a rat's teeth can be pretty dangerous. And you forgot about Wall-E's laser torch, which can cut through solid metal. And Elasticgirl deserves more credit. She's strong enough to trip a giant robot and hold an RV up while simultaneously holding onto a flying plane. She's also very smart. She could undoubtedly overpower Arlo, and if I had to bet I'd say she could beat her husband as well.
