As a diehard Monsters, Inc. fan, I heavily disagree with Johnny Worthington being less evil than Mr. Waternoose. Johnny only has one redeeming quality, while Waternoose has 2 (technically 3 because his remorse for banishing Sulley to the Himalayas was merged with his caring for Sulley prevention), one of which making him an anti-villain.

@@JackAttack345 I decided not to include him in this one because I think Bill Cipher has a point about TV show villains being in these videos. No one ever includes Bill Cipher in their Disney Villains: Evil to Most Evil videos, and more seemingly fitting is because he isn’t in any of the movies.

Honestly I wouldve switched out randall and syndrome. I agree both are the most evil. However syndrome has commited genocide of all supepowered individuals, sells weapons of destruction that definitely defy the geneva conventions, is willing to let his own lackies die, willing to kill and kidnap children, imprison heroes and interrogate them with enough electricity to kill normal people. Randall doesn't do nearly any of that but seems more aggressive. Randall to me isn't the more evil. Yes hes evil but we have no idea if hes used the machine on children before. Only that sometimes in rage he causes things to get in a mess.
