Pixel 3 Night Video Test NYC Times Square

I was in NYC for work so I decide to take the opportunity and do a night video test with the pixel 3 in Times Square to see how it held up at night in the city. Keep watching till the end if you want to see some New York pigeons in action. I shot this at 1080p in 30fps with auto exposure and auto white balance and internal audio from the pixel (turn on captions if you need help hearing me through the noise of the city). The video is so stable because I was using the DJI Osmo 2 Mobile gimbal stabilizer. This video was uploaded directly through my phone via the KZbin app. I've really enjoyed using the Pixel 3s camera for photos and video. Would love to hear what you guys think of it. Pixel is awesome, i want to get Pixel 4 XL when they arrived, i can't wait heheh. New York looks like Central Jakarta, St Petersburg, Shanghai & Beijing so crowded even at night.

Pixel take absolutely perfect photos, but anyone noticed the grainy feel on the dark areas? I just don't know why this happens on Pixel, it never happen even on Nexus 6P

well, first I watched it on my smartphone and it looked really amazing for a smartphone camera, but then aI watched it on my 50 inches tv and.. meh! not that good at all, but it still pretty good for a smartphone with a tiny sensor and a lot of software processes.

You should see it in its uncompressed form. KZbin's compression is very noticeable and very harsh. 400MB upload file compressed into 20MB KZbin download in my testing.

@@empry7 Yeah it's much better than this video is. I can't speak for it compared to other phones but compared to what it used to be it's a huge improvement

Thanks for the comment iamALi 7. Yes, I agree using a mic would help but I wanted to test the audio in the video just from the phone though.
