Pixel 5: Black Screen, Screen Won't Turn On, Boot Loop? 5 Fixes!!!

This worked for me for my pixel 4! I did all the tapping, massaging and smacking methods, and after holding down the power button and volume down and mashing on the power button after the fastboot screen appeared, it started up!! I have no idea what happened but thank you!

My plan was to wait till the battery ran down then try to power up but by the morning there was no way to turn the alarm off which drove my wife a little crazy. Watched your video and did not know about the 20 second power button restart. That worked. Thanks.

just as a warning, I tried the spamming method on my Pixel 5a 5g and it called 911, so maybe avoid that

I was stuck in fastboot mode, with the down volume button not working at all and the power button seemed to be acting as the up volume button rather than "select" (not sure if this is right, just my best guess). I spammed the buttons like you suggested, did 2-finger taps and on the 3rd attempt of button spamming, the down button started working again and the power button went back to "select" instead of up. Really weird. Thank you so much for the suggestions!!

My friends phone was not working and all 5 didnt work, the last massage one literally had the phone break near the bottom. I recommend taking it to a specialist, avoid putting pressure on the phone as it's fragile.

Lowkey my phone wasn't working with any off these steps but somehow I was able get the screen to light up and show battery logo after I tried to force reboot (then plugged it in)

Just so you know, pressing the power button like that calls 911 if your phone is working

So weird. My phone power is on. But display is off and sound off too. Not able to restart. I can use web whatsup which suggests phone is on. Also when I called this phone, I get 3-4 rings from other phone (I can't hear from pixel). Not sure what the problem is

Open the phone up and make sure all ribbons have solid connection. If all looks good then u may need screen replacement.

@@WorldofTech I don't think problem is in screen, one time I talks on phone and phone just turns down. If problem was in screen sound doesn't disappears, but in my case phone just shut down
