I would love to see your approach for an realistic melting. Like the Melt Deformer does, just in waaay better! Cogwheel into a puddle on the ground.

As always a great tutorial! but I have a problem when I generate the Alembic and run the animation it generates multiple vertex maps and yet it does not produce the growth effect, I am not doing something right, please help.

Which render did you use ? Don’t work with redshift properly (very slow speed of animation in viewport )

Vertex Map option is not in my C4D R25 any solution
