Second, you demonstrate the steps for this process. Third, you briefly summarize the technique just demonstrated. In short, you tell what is going to be learned. You show how to accomplish task. Lastly, you tell what has been learned. Well done!

I seriously envy people who can work in black and white or in adjustment layers and still visualize what it will look like in color/like normal at the end. I use Photoshop daily for fun and professionally and even after over a decade of using photoshop I STILL struggle with visualizing in that way, and constantly have to switch back and forth from b&w to color, and vice versa.
