Learning how to create a pattern at all with Ps was enough for me. I didn't even bother to learn about creating seamless patterns because what I had already learned was already so rich with creative possibilities. Some of your videos are packed with SO Much information that a viewer doesn't even need to view the whole thing to gain some valuable Ps Knowledge. Your Destiny is to be a Teacher, my friend, whether it is about teaching Ps or something else.

I keep asking myself why I skip literally any of your videos whenever I watch a new one. I have been looking everywhere for tips on how to get seamless patterns, and the best I got was to use a different program. Again, you have saved me hours of time with a few simple tips. Thank you for always providing this vital knowledge.

Hey,, What's the use of pattern in proffessional life? Just wanna know
@theworldtravellerm2 жыл бұрын
@@mouchak6378 Hello, graphic designers often use a seamless pattern as background in their composition. Seamless patterns are also used to fill a surface with a repeating element e.g. boxes with the company logo repeated on it, wrapping paper with a repeating design,... Length and width of the material that is to be printed doesn't matter because the pattern repeats itself seamlessly.

I think you should offset again the image before fixing the white blob, so the troubled area move away from the margin. By filling content-aware that area at the margin you can generate a new seam there.

Thank you very much, this is another great tutorial. As you aim with the rectangular marquee tool to select the right pixels precisely, I find it easier to set several Guides first along the edges of your future selection and then you just use the marquee tool, it will snap to the guides you created earlier. Guides are pretty forgiving and easy to move around.
