What do you do about overcoming the 1024 pixel resolution limitation? Let's say when you are removing multiple people as distractions? Does Photoshop apply 1024 to the entire image so you get a low resolution correction? What about a single large removal, like the photobomber example?

When I first started using Photoshop at National Geographic I sometimes spent hours working on things. We scanned very old slides ,prints, and Autochromes. I wish I had the tools then for imperfection removal that exists now, work would have been so much better.

The remove took isn't available on my surface pro 11 even in the beta version. The adobe to fix and optimize for these newer processors

I hear you! It seems like Adobe still needs to optimize the Remove Tool for certain devices. Have you tried resetting the toolbar or checking for driver updates? Sometimes a fresh install helps too. Hope Adobe rolls out a fix soon!

Whenever I use the remove tool to remove a person from a portrait or group photo, it replaces the person I'm wanting to remove with an old chinese lady. How do I get around this?

That’s definitely unexpected! 😂 It sounds like Generative AI is pulling from some odd data patterns. Try making smaller selections instead of removing the whole person at once, or use the Lasso tool to guide the removal. Also, turning off Generative Fill and using Content-Aware Fill instead might help. Hope this works-unless you’re secretly summoning an ancient Photoshop spirit!
