"Incredibly humble, levelheaded, wise and passionate". Best description of Sir Richard I've ever come across.

I like the part where he says that the soul of a culture is expressed in it's traditional art. It's not the religion, not the politics, etc - but through art. As a writer and amateur historian, I'd like to argue that it's not just 2/3-d art, but also the legends, the passionate stories and the traditional songs and music that also carry the soul of a culture as well.

I love-love-love-love-LOVE Weta!!!!!!!! It would be a dream-come-true to work there. Although its pretty cool that Sir R.T. and his wife (I've heard that she's known as the 'Goddess of Weta') put aside money to help their employees to create independent projects, I'd do all the extra projects for FREE! They wouldn't have to pay me ANYTHING extra. Just give me a cot in some little closet to nap once in awhile, and I'll work around the clock!
