Great tip Oscar, there's actually another way to do this that may be a little more non-destructive. - Create a blank layer, store morph target, and then sculpt your detailing. - On a 2nd layer use the morph brush to erase the detailing from the previous layer and then use the same slider on this new 2nd layer to get the same effect. This way you dont have to smooth your model and potentially change its shape.

THIS. I can believe its so hard to find a video showing what you just stated. When he started doing it his way I knew instantly that it was such a destructive and backwards way of doing it.
