There was a cut on the cylinder and boolean, no idea what steps you took to remove the cylinder, even after deleting it, I still see it attached to the sphere

I think I figured it out the cut between cylinder and boolean drop down the solver options on the boolean mod check hole tolerant it will get other cylinder away
