Bhai I have a doubt regarding to my cousre that i landed on 25 december and i am enrolled in the Business program of 2 years diploma. According to the new rules of IRCC if a student has submitted his/her file before 1 November 2024 he/she get PGWP after studies. I am also in the category that i had submitted by file before 1 November and get my PPR on 15 October. So will i get Work permit after my study or not? I am in the confusion what i have to do right now and i can't change my course because all seats are fully booked to September 2025 I need your suggestion Brother. Even though an LMIA person is genuine, it is still getting an unfair advantage in EE n getting PRs rather than others. We know how tough EE has become. So the decision is correct to remove the points.
