I’ve placed quite a few orders with them. Dan is great and has answered any sizing questions I’ve had. They all work beautifully. All our blu rays will be oop eventually. Better protect them, especially slipcases, steelbooks etc

I use these for all my blu-rays (buying a couple packs each payday lest I go broke). At first, I just did it for my Steelbooks but now I do it for all because I'm OCD and it allows me to have my collection in alphabetical order on the shelf without looking uneven. lol

They always ship fast and they always give you some stickers to put on them in case you want to sell any your items, and a nice business card. Ive been using retroprotection for 2 years, they're so good.

For standard 4k blu rays with slipcovers, which is the better to buy? Retroprotection for the blu ray or the steelbook's? because alot of people said it doesnt make a difference both are technically the same, but i just want to make sure because i care about the quality of my stuff, i dont like anything being dented, scratched, shelf wear and none of that.

I love mine. I put a resealable sleeve over mine and then put them in the retro protector. That’s just for my prized Blu-ray’s. I noticed the retros can do some minor scratching on your Blu-ray cases but the resealable sleeve over helps that.

Don't buy covers on ebay from this seller: buzzandbingosmooncircus. The other guy was sold out, so i had to buy from this other seller. He charges more, and his covers are horrible quality. I feel completely ripped off. Just a heads up, everyone. :-)

I bought some ATV1 protectors 10. Every steelbook is loose fitted. Yet only 1 steelbook fits smooth. That 1 steelbook that fits smooth fits perfect in all protectors yet all other steelbooks fit loose in all protectors. I had taken each one out and put in the protector that fits smooth. This is why haven't bought more protectors and i need more. The smooth fit steelbook u cd hold in air and wouldn't full out. The others could full out when ever. Plus the stress putting them up. I don't know how this is possible. If i had put them up around that one maybe it wd nake sense. Yours look easier to

I have a collection of pricey steelbooks that need… well, protecting. Would you recommend retroprotection’s Blu-ray protectors or the steelbook protectors? I’d imagine in the steelbook protectors there is a little bit of room for the steelbook to move around? And in the Blu-ray protectors is it so snug to negate some of the protecting properties with the plastic being right up the steelbook’s a** and all? Thanks in advance. edit - go with the “steelbook” protectors for steelbooks as the “Blu-ray” protectors for steelbooks causes a slight bulge on the top and bottom/front and back where flaps are inserted due the steelbook being a millimeter or so deeper than the actual protectors themselves.

I wonder if these steelbook protectors are identical in size to the ones on videogameboxprotector. Both say G2 size. Retroprotection is in stock though, so that's what brought me here.

Malko's are thicker and better constructed with tabs. The guy who owns retro protection also thinks his shit doesn't stink.
