Pizza in 1 Hour - Quick and Easy Pizza Recipe

In this video, I will show you how to make a quick and easy pizza in one hour, using simple ingredients and a few tricks. You will get a delicious pizza with a crispy crust, a luxurious tomato sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese. This pizza recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner, a party, or a snack. You can also customize it with your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, or anything else you like.
To make this easy pizza, you will need the following ingredients:
For the dough:
• Bread flour - 1 ¾ cup (200 grams)
• Semolina - ¼ cup (50 grams) - can be replaced with ¼ cup of bread flour
• Water - ¾ cup (180 milliliters)
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Brewer's yeast - 2 tsp. (7 grams) or dry yeast - 1 tsp. (3 grams)
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
For the sauce:
• Tomato puree - ⅔ cup (150 grams)
• Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
• Salt to taste
• Dry oregano leaves
For the topping:
• Mozzarella cheese - 7 oz. (200 grams)
• Basil leaves

I have a neapolitan pizza dough recipe on the channel, I used only tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil as topping, so it's a classic margherita. I also have a sheet pan pizza recipe that's also one of my favorites, it's also topped with margherita ingredients.
