An obscure pizza ingredient I love: PICKLES. There is an infamous ‘Pickle Pizza’ in Chicago that me and my fiancée adore with mortadella, garlic cream, dill pickles & fresh dill. Sounds weird AF, tastes like heaven. 🥒🍕

I feel like the pricing on pizza is so tricky... Most people country wide probably get the majority of pizza from a chain, so 15 seems like the max. But considering I can spend 30 bucks on an entree at a restaurant and be way less full than trying to eat an entire pizza it seems fair. Im a fat boy so the thought of splitting it with someone and eating a reasonable amount is also out of the question...

I wouldn't necessarily call it obscure, but roasted peppers and caramelized onions with some quality sausage is a delicious combination. There's also this place around my way that has the best mushroom pizza I've ever eaten. I know what you're thinking, but it's so freaking good!!

Love Pizza Lobo's patio in the nice weather times! We take the dogs and just Chicago out with some great pizza and slushy cocktails. Plus Jeni's around the corner for dessert. You already know I enjoy the ricotta and vodka sauce like this one, but also love a runny egg on pizza.

Chicago pizza is trash man. I've tried a lot guordianos, lous was ok, pizza uno, pequods, home run inn. Its all horrible. Tried the pizza lobo. Was ok but they burned it on bottom and edges and 1 slice had huge bubble from not stretching dough correctly. Service was horrendous. Give it a 6.5
