Riogi, I don't know where you live but there is a cable channel that plays old movies all the time and even explains things about the movies before they run,it's Turner Classic Movies or TCM. Try it,you'll love what you see.

Maybe there are folks in every generation who feel that way about the previous generation's film entertainment. As an elementary school kid in the mid-50s I loved to watch movies on tv that were made long before I was born (like this one and many still older). I suspect a lot of them may be extinct now; old celluloid had a limited life-span.

Check out that scene with the white staircase at 1:17. That's the same exact set as was used in 'A Night For Crime' 1943.

These B minus movies are such fun! Alan Baxter (never heard of him) has to be the worst actor at the time. Don't you just miss the old whitewall tires. The chase took three times around the same area. Ha ha. Love it!

Baxter turns up in old movies but he had no charisma and plays forgettable parts.I can never remember what he looks like.
