She's got a lot of country in her even though she's not a country singer. Perhaps the best female singer ever. My favorite. Although the late great Sylvia Telles - a close second. I think she must be some kind of savant to know all those instruments and write and sing like that. I was thinking the other day that music ended with napster. Or shortly there after. Just not the same sales as used to be unless you can draw a really big crowd to concert. I don't know where people find their music these days, but there just aint much of it. I turn on the latin station a lot because the music is so god awful on most stations - they only got like 30 songs in the lineup tho ..., but at least they're all upbeat.
