My Reaction - The Two Most Stupid Police Officers I Have Ever Met

In todays reaction i go over the video where I met the two most stupid police officers I have ever met.
They insisted that I was breaking the law flying a sub 259g drone over a factory, quoting out of date laws. These two couldn't even get the law correct that they were quoting and threatend to arrest me if I didn't give them my details, which I dont have to do if I'm not under arrest or being detained.

I doubt it. Either one of those would cause her to be able to understand his reasoning. That was straight-up sober cop logic at its finest. All 2 of her brain cells were working at full capacity, which accounts for the erratic body movement. The police brain can only handle one thing at a time, either physically violating someones rights or verbally rationalizing a reason to violate them. It's quite sad, actually. But at least they get to have jobs and feel like productive members of society.

I had a policeman and police woman threatened me that either I paid £120 to my violent neighbour or allowed her to enter my garden to cut down my trees. I’m 74 years old and was in tears. I wrote to the chief commissioner who admitted they were at fault and were being retrained!!!! I have no respect for the police now.

That depends on the 19:45 19:45 circumstances. Seedlings grew in my neighbour's garden which over the years grew into large trees , which blocked my gutters, and polluted my koi pond. I took am a 77 year old man , but laboured with seedlings removal, gutter cleaning and water filtration , because neighbours should be a bit like family. This year , without any hint of complaint by me, my good neighbour had those trees fuelled. That was a welcome relief for me, but even if that had not happened, I would not have complained. My neighbour might have enjoyed seeing birds on those branches or welcomed the shade in Summer. No need to just think of your own perspective. Love thy neighbour.

A golden rule I know from someone I worked with who was in charge of special constables: never ever let go of any ID (like a police warrant card). If need show it to whoever needs to see it but never let them take it out of your hand (as here). They then have all the power to keep possession as long as they wish. Very bad move.

I really enjoyed that. Which part of "the laws have been updated" did she not understand? And why couldn't she understand that as you were flying a sub-250, the same laws don't apply if you are flying a drone above 250? I just learned it from you in the time it took you to try and explain this to her. It was hilarious. And I don't seem to be able to find the "Human Acts Rights" either. I had an issue with a PCSO about the data protection act with regards to my CCTV. It was so funny. She tried getting me to remove my perfectly legal camera, because a neighbour said she didn't approve. I asked her "does my neigbour write legistlation and the laws, and can you make one up as you go along?" She was arguing the toss with me for about an hour, so I called the council and asked to get the man who deals with all the CCTV in my city. He called at my house, asked what the problem was, so I explained. What I didn't tell the PCSO was that I've read the data protection act, and proved to the authorities that I knew way more then she did. (Which wasn't hard by the way) She left here totally embarrassed. I had a friend in the house too who was in tears laughing when I tied her up in knots. Once again mate, great video, and good on you for standing your ground. Knowledge is POWER!

Let’s be honest, this video is all about you going out of your way to try and make law officers look incompetent. Neither of these officers are stupid, just misinformed. You sir, are deliberately argumentative, rude (I’m sure you are not medically qualified to call the officers stupid, so you are being rude) and to be honest, if you lived in the USA you would be regarded as a ‘Karen”! Personally, I feel sorry for the police in general. There are so many videos like this one that are made with the sole purpose of making law enforcement officers look bad. My personal opinion is that the copper lady is thick as a brick (I'm qualified to say this, yes) and the drone guy abuse that and his rights. All could have been resolved quite amiable. This was a lesson to all of us. Never co-operate with the police in this sort of context. Where they are clearly on a fishing expedition and out to trample over your rights to privacy. Never show them something they can use to identify you. Never give them your property. Don't answer their questions. Either remain silent, or if you're a content creator take the mickey out of them, whilst deflecting and not answering a single one of their impertinent questions. Call their bluff and allow them to dig a hole for themselves by unlawfully detaining / searching / arresting you when you are filming them. We all know that's it's typical of the police to recruit people like her, and to fail to train her or supervise her to sufficient standards.

Details can be obtained if the police have reasonable grounds (which she didnt have) to suspect you have committed or are about to commit an offence, but my god.. the pcso. He tries to lecture you that she can demand your details, then says himself "she dosnt know if you have committed an offence." What a fucking legend. Biggest pair of plums I have ever seen.
