The measure of the greatest music is its ability to MOVE you at the deepest spiritual place in your being. Pearl Jam is very rare in that there are many song in their catalog that can do that. But this one in particular can stop me in my tracks and bring chills and tears at the meer sound of the opening notes.

This song pulled me out of a such a dark place... You can spend your time alone redigesting past regrets, or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself. Makes much more sense to live in the present tense. It's a mantra, it's a lesson for all to learn
