Yes Pjoska is a fairly tall Fjord, she is 14.2 or maybe 14.2 plus half an inch. I am 5'2" so that makes her look tall as well.

@blackstallion779 she is checking her position and how the horse is going, it is a good tool to use while you are riding so you can pick faults and improve on them, we have mirrors in our indoor for this reason

i love fjordhorses. i have a fjordhorse and i can do everything with him. dreassage, jumping or endurance. he is a tall one too. he is 152cm. they are great. Pjoska is a very beautiful fjordhorse with a great colour...

oh gypsy vanners are really beautiful :D But as for my experience, fjords are more all round and unlike gypsy vanners, their breed after spesific guidelines, so you kind of "know what you get". I have a love for fjords though, the only breed I feel more strongly for is doles, but as all rounds, their pretty much the same so :) I see its been a while since you wrote this, so I hope you have found your dream horse by now ^^

I love the Fjord and yours are extra beautiful, really enjoy your videos. I have never ridden one and have read they are quite docile, one reason I am drawn to them. being an older rider I am looking now for a smaller and non spooky horse. One thing I noticed when you were riding is that you use spurs, my question is, is that necessary to keep him moving? :)

I had a Fjord that was much bigger. Why he grew that big no one understood because his parents had the normal size. In hands about 15.1
