I played Arcaea for 2 years (thumb btw) and I can clear FTR 10+. I tried out pjsekai around 3 months ago and I can immediately clear MAS 30. Wtf??? So yeah, Arcaea makes other games so easy lol

Same lol arcaea was the very first rythm game I ever played(I love it) . Started with thumb play cuz it was the only way I *thought * was possible to play(lol I was such a dummy) After this I got addicted to rythm games and played all sorts of till I eventually got the know project sekai and then learned index play ( got easier to play arcaea using index so did ALL the other games I play)

oh no.....jaycy playing arcaea 💀 as a player of the game for 3 straight years, this video is both entertaining and painful to watch. you confused about, well, everything, is literally me when i started playing, what good times, but when you just quitted your gameplay on World Mode i internally cried cuz i could never waste my stamina like that 😭 i do recommend Arcaea a lot, it's just so good. it can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it's a whole lot of fun. it's hella lot difficult than proseka i do admit that, but it's just so enjoyable. the stories are good too, and the charts can be either so good, or so crazy (i'm looking at you Beyond difficulty charts and Your Voice So....feat. Late but the first difficulty (past) gameplay is a very nerfed version of the real gameplay (present, future and beyond) as the arcs are still in the sky and there are no sky notes, one of the main gimmicks so dont worry, its worse than anything this video shows, even more worse with the 4.0 update, try it for sure

I will say that Arcaea is very intimidating when it comes to paying for packs. When I first started there was barely anything, but nowadays all the paid songs together amount to about $216. A really great experience, but absolutely not a free one.

I've been playing arcaea for around less than a year, and can beat SOME future 9's My friend introduced me to Pj sekai around 2.5 months ago, and now I'm attempting to beat expert 30's. Arcaea's 3d chart system really does make alot of other games seem a bit more easier

11.62 ptt here! even though im not as skilled as the rest of the pros here, i got a bit of tips here. - arcaea pack is the only free pack in the game, you might wanna select that... - if you wanna play harder songs, in your current skill level, you should probably stick with 4s or maybe 5s, and work your way into the present difficulty. - you should DEFINITELY learn how to master the arcs, since in present and above they move ANYWHERE in the screen now. - definitely recalibrate your offset, unless that IS your offset. - world mode is used to unlock songs, prizes and even partners with the right packs. you need stamina for it tho, which absolutely SUCKS. - fragments are needed to unlock prs and ftr difficulty songs if you dont have it, refill stamina and other things. - if youre ptt 9, you can go even further BEYOND! you probably shouldnt try it tho, stick to tip 2 please and thats about everything i can give you! for the rest of the professionals, you can tell more tips in the replies.

Tbh the first time playing this game before I start playing PJSekai makes me think "Do I actually need a tablet to literally play this game?" because I watched a lot of ppl playing Arcaea with tablet but no, it's possible play on a normal phone but having a very precise finger movement and reaction makes my brain go numb when I play any songs that I like on mid - high difficulty. Sadly I quitted this game, but I could come back later soon because I'm just obsessed playing PJSekai and Touhou Danmaku Kagura.

As an Arcaea player who’s been going for more than 3 years, damn that’s not bad for a day 1 session. Perfectly captures the essence of a newbie lol (also just a note that all of the harder songs are locked behind a paywall, some of the hardest are further locked behind story progression) and I will actually flip if you make a LLSIF video, haven’t touched it in years. Yeah, I think the scrolling speed of Arcaea actually matches a 3D track moving at a constant speed. But Project Sekai's notes move relatively slower when they are closer to the hit line. So they'll feel weird when you switch between the two.

I learnt japanese by myself! When I was 10 (now I'm 17), I decided to go deep into learning alphabets. As for now, I'm comfortable with writing hiragana and katakana, and even kanji. I watched a lot of educational videos, anime without subtitles, listened to japanese music to be able understand japanese just by hearing it (to be honest, my japanese hearing is much better than reading because of this!! Sometimes, even if I don't know kanji, I can understand the sentence's meaning just by hearing it). I also bought several books in japanese to help my reading. Oh, and singing japanese songs in karaoke helps a lot with pronunciation!! I still can't say that I know japanese fluently, but over years even with such simple learning I was able to learn to understand most of it.

I was like a pro player on Arcaea but I eventually started getting bored of the same 10 songs. You can get new songs by signing and playing on “world mode” but it takes a while to get new songs, and all the actually good ones require in game purchases which is sad because I think this game is a really fun challenge and I think it’s players deserve more free, easier to get songs. Not to mention that would help Arcaea become more popular and have more of a fandom. Also the game is extremely confusing. Fr Fr

Fun fact: Arcaea is VERY hungry for your money . Like outside of the pack you've been playing ,everything needs memories (stuff you need to pay for) and that includes the characters other than hikari and tairitsu . Ive quit the game because it sucks how expensive it is.

Compared to other games it's really cheap. Also characters are like 1$ in events. If you complain so much about 1$ that's a you issue... especially when new ones happen like twice a year so if you wanted to collect limited stuff it would be 2$ per year

"very hungry for money" "expensive" bruh. A song in Arcaea costs 1$. Standard pricing per music even at digital stores like iTunes. A pack costs 5$ for 5 songs. Some of them even has bonus songs (8 for 5$ etc.) so that's a really great value for your money. Have you seen Cytus II? They offer 10$ per character (for 10 songs, yes) but that really doesn't guarantee you'll like every song in that particular DLC. You could love 5 of the songs and don't care for the rest. That's 5$ went to nothing. In Arcaea you could at least have more control over which pack with the songs you like the most, not to mention Memory Archive. Also, majority of the songs outside the free pack are originals, made exclusively for the game. The devs pay the composers for those songs, aside from commissioning various illustrators to provide fresh jacket arts. Do you really think all the money goes in their pockets? You could just say you have no money/VERY stingy to get money out of your wallet 🗿

All the songs of the game are around of the price of 250 USD. Expensive? Yes, but you could always skip a song or a pack you don't want (Note: the first song you should buy with your 100 NY memories is either Metallic punisher or NEO WINGS (if you need to grind that secret chapter in world mode) Metallic punisher gives you Ilth during one of the events held in summer, hard guage skill that punishes for loosing a song but high step stat that is good in the main chapters NEO WINGS gives you Vita, Her skill buffs her secret chapter stat that is already big)
