The PK360 Grill is an incredibly versatile grill I'm finding out, often I cook a chicken for my first cook in a grill, but I had a wonderful leg of lamb roast from The Randy Ram that was begging me to cook it in the PK 360 charcoal grill.
I went for no smoke just some good quality lumpwood charcoal, and set the PK up for smoke roasting, closing the top vent over the coals to get a good heat flow over the leg of lamb.
I studded the leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary and inserted a probe from the Meater Block to make sure the temperature was spot on.
As you can see the lamb turned out amazing and was so tasty, I couldn't stop eating it, especially the crispy fatty skin.
The PK360 grill did a great job, and I've been really impressed with it.
