Survival Trip is the only thing I'm looking forward to besides the shows. The adventure trips just seem like vacations with generic activities and banter. I would like to see something like a survival trip because its out of the ordinary that requires original thinking and gives some insight into how each host would handle different situations. Seeing you guys handle an adventure doesn't seem as insightful because its all planned. Seeing the ingenuity of each of you in a survival type environment/situation is much more likely to spawn spontaneous instances of comedy or personal successes for each of you that would be nice to see as a change of pace.

Pertaining to the laser pointer, it can affect some sorts of pilots. There are 2 types of flights, VFR and IFR. VFR is basically, seeing and avoiding any aircraft/buildings. You use your compass, and landscape to navigate. IFR is basically, being led to destination to destination. With VFR, which is mostly smaller aircraft, laser pointers can affect more. But IFR, which is generally air carriers and larger aircraft, won't have a huge affect, if any at all. Source- studying aeronautics anyone with more experience, please correct if I'm wrong.

On Cod for PC, to build off what kyle is saying, you change the pov using the console from 75 which is the default, to 90. You get more peripheral vision and it makes the cross hairs slightly smaller which can help with noscoping

Hi woody. I currently work as a pilot with Ryanair. The problem with lasers is not when cruising at whatever-thoussand feet. Its during the approach. When we get closer to the ground we (unless it is very poor visibility) disconnect the autopilot land the aircraft manually. And if we get hit with lasers, especially at night, it is very blinding and a big safety hazard.

WoodysGamertag, I am a Commercial Pilot and I am capable accurately explaining the issues of cockpit laser illumination even though I haven't personally explained it while flying (only on the ground). The comment you made about laser at 36,000 feet was pretty much right on target. At the altitude the lasers strength is greatly diminished, along with how narrow of a target the cockpit is at that altitude it isn't really an issue. However in the vital phases of flight generally considered to be takeoff and landing laser illumination can be a huge issue. I am going to explain landing since it is the most dangerous phase of flight for pilot error to begin with even without lasers. Almost every airplane that you have flown on in flown IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) which means that for most of the flight they primarily look inside. However, during the approach and landing phases of flight visual reference is require to complete landing.There are several types of approaches for IFR aircraft, but all of them (except CAT3 ILS which is rarely used, over 99% of approaches aren't CAT3) legally require visual confirmation of the runway. The nature of IFR approaches become harder the closer you get to the airport, because the margin of error become smaller. A few seconds of even partial blindness (dots in your vision) after passing the FAF (Final Approach Fix) can result in the aircraft easily flying out of limits requiring a Missed Approach. If the laser illumination is strong and/or several seconds the pilot may be unable to conduct the MA safely or accurately resulting in danger.

I wish woody knew what he was talking about when talking about the Diesels. The Powerstroke is the most powerful diesel engine out of all three. The 6.0 and the 6.4 had there problems but the 6.7 is amazing and is amazingly powerful and the 7.3 is super reliable and will last forever . The 6.0 is really great if you bulletproof it with an egr delete and a couple other mods.

A Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B could take out an Abrahms, they rocked a 128mm PaK 44 anti-tank cannon and the heaviest armour of any tank in WW2 (250mm). The skill of their tank crews were unparalleled, resulting in very good accuracy. This accuracy, when coupled with the tank's immense range (2.2 miles) could easily take out an Abrahms. They could also reach a speed of 34 km/h, so they were somewhat manoeuvrable, however that's not what they were designed for. They were the big hitters, built with the sole purpose of taking out scores of the heaviest of the Russian and American tanks, and being able to take hits if they needed to. One hundred and fifty of these were built, so if a tank was reported back to the Germans to be hitting their units from such a range then they would likely send out the equally-armoured and faster heavy tanks, the King Tigers, to make a breakthrough, while the Panzerjäger Tiger Ausf. B's focused on finding and taking out the Abrahms. My point is that Kyle mentioned the PaK 43, on likely the normal Tiger heavy tank, which were formidable, sure, but he should have done more research for this rebuttal. GG well played. :)
