You’re never going to find an answer on google. Steven Paddock worked for the CIA, all evidence points to this being a failed sting operation. The hotel room was full of guns layed out on display, the entire place being professionally rigged with hidden cameras. If someone was there solely to commit an act of terror, there would be no reason to go the extra mile and risk compromising their plans. It was much easier for them to sweep this under the rug than admit their direct involvement in the most deadly shooting in modern US history.

Because the shooter didn't write a manifesto. He was depressed, his father was a life long criminal, he took valium and drank alcohol obsessively, and he gambled almost all his life savings away and had a huge collection of guns. If that doesn't sound like a motive to you then you're an idiot.
