That's fucked that you can go to federal prison in the US for such a short time housing a person who's doing a couple months with lifers and the worst part is this guy didn't even fuckin do anything he smoked some weed, and shot guns. I guess if they wanna get to you they will.

@@GeneralRamm910 his partner was the one that died. Kyle was suspected of being involved with it but AFAIK there was never any evidence to connect him to it.

The reason is because Kyle accepted a deal. He regrets it now since it banned himself from guns and he wished he could have taken it to the supreme court regarding a gram of marijuana and being a FFL holder and the fact that he lost his 4th amendment rights for holding a FFL
@jason2009122 жыл бұрын
@aaronp.2771 Kyle's arms securing dealer guy got assassinated. The guy was in charge of getting impossible to acquire guns and artillery. They had a small falling out about Kyle being host and the friend being behind the scenes and there's rumor that it was a government or cartel style assassination that was ruled a suicide to the back of the head while sitting at a office desk.

If you were found guilty of something and were sentenced to prison for it, but they let you walk around outside for like 2 weeks, then what you did obviously is not serious enough to warrant going to prison for. Kyle did absolutely nothing wrong

@@allamerican5127 It doesn't "let you off," it lets you go free. If Kyle was really a danger, he could've paid the bail and went home and stabbed his girlfriend to death. But he didn't . Because he's not a bad person. We know this because he's objectively didn't do anything wrong.

Coming from the UK its crazy to me that you take yourself to prison, here you are taken straight from the court by the guards in a sweatbox none of this "come to the prison in 7 days"

In some cases if your offense is small enough they’ll tell you that the jails are too full and to come back later 😂😂 happened to my buddy during the height of covid, he had to serve a week
@TheSuspectOnFoot2 жыл бұрын
And this guy in a sweatbox had committed a corresponding minor offense of possessing illegal items without being deemed a danger to society? You sure you're not talking about some psycho axe murderer? It's rather obvious that convicts are treated differently depending on circumstances and the crime.
@chipsthedog12 жыл бұрын
@@TheSuspectOnFoot No I've never heard of someone being told to hand themselves into prison whatever the charge you go straight from court, even if out on bail you have to attend the court for sentencing and go straight from there. The only time you would actually take yourself to the jail is if when your sentence is almost over and you get home leave for 48 hours only then do you surrender yourself. Everyone who goes to court with a possible prison sentence will always take a bag full of stuff as they won't get another chance. That's just the way it is in the UK, also we do not have bail bonds of whatever its called, you can get bail but there are no bonds men in fact that system only applies in the USA & The Philippines.

I used CBD the whole time I was on probation. I got some online cheap and I put 2000mg in a 15ml bottle. I would ad it do my vape. I was sitting in there talking to my PO and she told me I fail for THC. Started to panic. People sit there and lie to her all the time, so there was nothing I could say. I asked to see the paperwork. It was 0.4 and most work places only fail you if you're way, way over that. She would not back down from it being a violation A good lawyer is necessary if you are on probation unless you can absolutely fly straight for the given time. I was facing 18 months in a COUNTY jail. Not prison. Already did 2 before I was bonded out. County sucks so bad. You have nothing because it's not for long term sentences. Nothing except a pod cell and a day room you get to spend 4-5 hours in a day. You wear the same jail suit for a week. Laundry is once a week. I saw a guy piss himself while we were cuffed for 4 hours being raided and not get an early change. He wore those pants for 2 days
