Does everyone really have these ultra vivid dreams? I almost never remember mine; and if I do it’s bits and fragments. I’ve only had a handful that were intensely vivid and that was because I was woken up abruptly. I know it has to do with if you’re actually in REM sleep or not, but still. I basically never remember my dreams. I do remember the only time I had a lucid dream though. I was a kid and realized I was dreaming (literally the only time it’s ever happened to me) and flew around. I still remember it being so strange. It felt like it was taxing my mind because it wasn’t like you’d figure. I wasn’t flying around familiar locations or anything. I was just flying through geometrical shapes and abstractions. Like a PS1 game that didn’t load right and glitched out. Almost as if I had to actually visualize what I wanted to see and apparently that was too difficult for me as a 9 year old. Lmao. I have had a lot of terrible nightmares as an adult about hell since then though. Those are the only ones I ever remember.

@Howl8059 ай бұрын
Every once in a while (lately every week) I get a different vivid dream. Sometimes I have dreams that repeat themselves. So for instance, last night I had a dream that was almost identical to one I had 2 or 3 years ago just slightly different. Same premise, same location, different hidden details. I’m on some giant weird island. I start out exploring looking around before I get to a river with a stone wall/rockface/ cliff. I cross the River and then climb the rockface and get to the top before walking down the path (although in last nights there was the addition of alligators in the river and for some reason Kanye was talking about a bunch of nonsense on why alligators wouldn’t be there and wether they’d be alligators. Weird stuff. Anyway, I get to the top and search some bags with different merch and little collectible figures that I somehow recognize in the dream even though they’ve never existed.) to a giant modern style building. The building has some really nice architecture and a big glass front with a pool the size of a lake. I tiptoe around the border of the house just above the pool and find myself looking at an outdoor patio and a glass wall that looks into a large open living room. I walk towards the glass and peer in and see two people preoccupied with each other on the coach and turn around to see a woman walking around searching certain areas like the outdoor washroom with a gun. As if she’s on patrol. In my first dream I sneak away and slip into the water and try to avoid them but get caught. In this one I try to sneak up on her and overwhelmed her grabbing the gun and shooting her. This alerts another guard and my gun is out of ammo now. He leads me to a room at gunpoint and just as I’m contemplating escaping and think about swimming away since it’s an island, I wake up.

@@Howl805 Yeah, see, that’s wild to me. I essentially have never had a dream that In which I remember that amount of detail.
