Abe points out that it only says that because the ruptures were replacing themselves faster than they could kill them. Abe finding it at the end with a number means that, even if it's a big number, that's it's not infinity. The raptures are waning at that what they did actually mattered. There's a light at the end of the tunnel, however small.

Being a caregiver for my disabled wife, the epilogue and Abe's portions in the map struck me in my soul. The idea of fighting and hurting every day just to even see the light at the end of the tunnel, much less journey to it broke me. I felt those moment where she almost wanted to give up and cry. The world breaks and picks at you and and you often have to do the same to yourself just to keep caring for who you love most. Abe embodied the sentiment and philosophy behind Kintsugi, despite being damaged and broken from all of her struggles, she is beautiful and strong because of those scars. I don't care how much OT I have to put in, if Grave gets a Kintsugi-themed skin, I will buy it no questions asked!

Seeing the "FAILED TALE: END" got me extremely emotional. Cindy & Abe has gone through so much and it really hurt to see what I already knew what going to happen given Grave's Bond story, but god it hurt a lot more seeing it in action, the two really deserved better. Abe has the indomitable will of a mother to keep struggling towards both herself & her child's happy ending even if she becomes broken. I am weak towards tragedies but seeing the path towards a radiant end at least in sight was something to behold. I've maxed limit broken Cindy & I hope to do the same for Grave, she deserves it (ain't gonna core 7 for both like a whaling lunatic tho, for real wtf SEVEN). This event essentially being my first real introduction to NIKKE is definitely going to leave an impact, similar to how I hold FGO's SERAPH or Yuri's entire character from Limbus. I genuinely can't wait for the Old Tales album to fully release tomorrow, I need throw money at good music! May Cinderella & Grave's beautiful happy ending shine within reach...

@@LonerofGaming I'd say Grave conveys perfectly both sides of a mother and father. Stern, strict, yet always willing to go above and beyond like a father. And caring, later on spoiling, and willing to listen lo their child like a mother. Together? A neverending desire to protect their child no matter what, even if there are days where she wants to give up or cry. Glad I had enough pity pulls for both her and Cinderella. I'm so happy I reunited a parent with her child after nearly a century of neverending fights and struggles. Both deserve to be happy.

The monitor screen moment it really broke me. its just abe realising her own masterpiece, her daughter, acomplished the impossible, and thanks to it actually gave humanity a sliver of hope, and she its the only witness to the realization of what is basically the greatest human milestone in the rapture/human war and it still is up to this day as the rapture have never fully recovered from the blow. The only witness of cinderella becoming a true goddess of victory, surpassing even the goddess squad themselves.

The passage of time was cruel, all it ever did was steal from her, piece by piece. Her mind faltered, her body was battered, her voice slowly faded. Yet, in spite of all of the suffering, nothing could break Abe more than the prospect of losing her Goddess of Victory. The Unbreakable, the Beautiful, the Rapturous Cinderella. Both deserve a heartfelt reunion with the rest of their family. A mother & her daughters finally reunited; such a sight would ignite hope in this contemptible world, and it would bring tears of joy to our eyes. Yet something in the back of my mind tells me that time will only keep taking.

Man... every single track in this event has been an emotional wave for me. I've cried more playing this than I did in any other game I can remember. The story touched my heart, it truly moved me. Cinderella, Abe, and (almost) all of the Old Tales members... I want them to meet up again in the current time. I want them to have a happy ending. Seeing Cinderella's story in particular play out made me reflect on a lot of things in my life... I hope I can rewrite my story too. There are a lot of things I regret, and things I want to change and still do. Nikke is a truly beautiful game. Thank you for everything, the music set the mood so well.

The amount of shit Cindy and Abe had to endure... was monumentally collosal. None of the past stories in the game come close to being as tragic and upsetting. You just can't help but want to hug them both, Abe especially. Abe went from a blunt and coarse mouthed sister figure of a creator to a full time mother who did everything to keep her daughter safe. Forget about just simply trying to repair her and get her back into working order, she was doing everything she can while taking into consideration what Cinderella likes and thinks.

that moment when finishing the hard mode expecting some more plot for future, and then they gave more tear-wringing story. also them flashback of abe struggling to survive whilst protecting cindi in interactive map, dissected by CG researcher, hint of mysterious coffin. the two of them are worthy to be in my nikke roster, which i obtained both of em fortunately. most pull ive ever done since day 1 playin this game

Oswald literally granted them a second chance by deleting all the data and records of Old Tales as soon as he did (Which also contained all information of them being labeled as fugitives and traitors to humanity due to Cinderella turning into heretic Anachiro) If that data managed to reach the public consciousness, deleting it wouldn't have done anything since humanity are now fully informed and aware, which could have lead a much more different outcome in chapter 28 onwards. It's just an unfortunate moment when Abe stumbled across the random nikke and the scientists.

Dude I got depression from watching everything go wrong for them. Like I knew it wasn't gonna be a happy story, but like god damn even just this final part where it keeps skipping years and years and years of Abe just struggling to preserve Cinderella. I thought she just upgraded herself eventually to turn into Grave.. NOT struggle for a decade, get found by people who are supposed to be "her allies", get tortured for a year and return to surviving alone again and can't even speak normally anymore. She also only hides her face because she thinks Cinderella wouldn't like it, not out of anything to like hide her identity. I'm glad Abe at least got a "happy" ending too see the rapture count isnt incalculable anymore. At least theres that :,)
