For some reason, the thumbnail displayed is the gray "no upload here" image. I clicked on it anyway because I know some uploaders sometimes use it intentionally. It sounds like he's saying "del su cabello mas sutil" which basically means "from the most subtle hair" and I think it really means "From the finest hair." So I looked it up and it's a very old song.
