6 ml is not enough... For 5 years old tree you have to use 20 ml and if the plant is more old you have to increase the volume of Cultar accordingly.

Cultar is commonly using for flowering mangoes trees. For jack fruits we have to do this in September, He forgot / missed to tell this.
