Hey Maisie, I've always been afraid to sing in front of my friends ever since I joined my new secondary school - which is kinda weird since I used to be able to sing with so much confidence at my old school, even singing a solo in a theatre at one point. I wanted to finally conquer my fears after sitting in the corner crying because of my inability to sing in front of my friends, so I entered my school talent show. I sang Place We Were Made and the reaction was so unexpected! All of my friends were crying tears of joy because of my song, even my teacher had tears in her eyes! I finally learned to conquer my fears and now I can sing my heart out! Thank you so much for making this song, it really means so much to me and everyone else out there! love you x

I’ve had serious wanderlust to leave Scotland from about 18, and I did. I went to live in London, then Finland and now Austria.
