My first love, the most crazy one (in every sense of the word), was a huge Placebo fan when I met him, and so was I. He sent me this video, it had just been uploaded on KZbin (it was in 2008). There was this huge mythology around Placebo songs, especially this one. He called me "my sweet prince" on one occasion, as a teasing subversion I guess. And then it ended very very soon before even starting properly and I was left with Placebo and their songs. God knows I tried so very hard to drink myself to an early grave listening to this particular song. But apparently not hard enough, since I'm very much alive writing this comment. It was half a life ago...

Victoria -- A friend of his almost died. He wrote the song about "two romances, both ending tragically." One with heroin, one with that person. His friend wrote "My sweet prince, you are the one" on his mirror before the incident.

awesome040982, если бы он был под герой, то вел бы себя абсолютно не так и не мог бы нормально исполнять песню; в том числе потому, что под герой голос становится хриплым, и петь как данный исполнитель просто нереально (это не единственный элемент ого, почему он точно не под героином).
